  • WASTE WILL BE BAGGED AND LEFT IN GARBAGE CANS OR CAN BE TAKEN AWAY FOR AN ADDITIONAL COST.
  • HEAVY RAIN OR SNOWFALL ON A SCHEDULED CLEANING WILL RESULT IN A NO PICK-UP,SERVICE WILL RESUME THE FOLLOWING WEEK AND NO CREDIT WILL BE GIVEN UNLESS CUSTOMER DOES IT THEMSELVES AND CALL TO TELL OFFICE. FOR THE DRIVER WILL HAVE EXTRA AMOUNTS TO PICK-UP.
  • LEAVES IN FALL MAKE IT DIFFICULT TO SEE EVERYTHING SO PLEASE TRY TO HAVE A LEAST ONE FALL CLEAN-UP DONE.
  • ALL CUSTOMERS MAY GET SWITCHED TO A ONCE A WEEK PICK – UP IN THE WINTER MONTHS DUE TO WEATHER OR EARLIER DARKNESS.

PAYMENTS & CHARGES

  • PAYMENTS ARE BASED ON A MONTHLY BILLING PROGRAM.
  • PAYMENTS ARE DUE ON THE FIRST PICK – UP DAY OF EACH MONTH.
  • PAYMENTS ARE TO BE RECEIVED BEFORE THE 15TH OF EACH MONTH IF RECEIVED AFTER THE 15TH THE RESULT IS A $15.00 LATE CHARGE AND SERVICE WILL BE SUSPENDED UNTIL PAYMENTS ARE COLLECTED IN FULL.
  • VISA AND MASTERCARD ARE ACCEPTED.
  • CHECKS ARE ONLY ACCEPTED WITH A 3 MONTH CONTRACT OR MORE .
  • ALL RETURNED CHECKS HAVE $20.00 SERVICE FEE THAT YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE TO PAY, AND CHECKS WILL NO LONG BE ACCEPTED FROM THAT CUSTOMER.
  • ALL CUSTOMERS SHOULD GET A RECEIPT FROM DRIVER WHEN PAYMENT IS MADE.
  • CUSTOMER WHO PURCHASE A 3 MONTH, 6 MONTH OR A YEARLY PACKAGE PLEASE BE ADVISE IT IS NON-REFUNDABLE (NO EXCEPTIONS).

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

  • YARDS AND PEN MUST BE ACCESSIBLE.
  • AGGRESSIVE DOGS MUST BE LEFT INDOORS ON SCHEDULED CLEANING DAYS.
  • GATE MUST BE FREE OF SNOW AND EASY ACCESS.
  • PAYMENTS ARE TO BE MADE AND LEFT IN A TIMELY MANNER.
  • ONE WEEK NOTICE ON ALL CANCELLATIONS.
  • DIRECT ALL QUESTIONS, PROBLEMS, CONCERNS, CHANGES IN SERVICE,
  • CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS TO OFFICE TO ASSURE PROPER ATTENTION.
  • ALL CUSTOMERS SHOULD GET A RECEIPT FROM DRIVER WHEN PAYMENT IS MADE.
